TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to The Lab for Curiosity) TLC(LLC ! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our programs. By enrolling in any of our activities, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Enrollment and Participation
1.1. Enrollment is open to children aged 6-12, subject to availability and suitability of the program. 1.2. Parents/guardians must complete the registration form and provide necessary medical and emergency contact information. 1.3. Participation is contingent upon adherence to all rules and guidelines set by The Lab for Curiosity staff.

2. Fees and Payment
2.1. Fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. 2.2. Refunds will only be granted according to the refund policy outlined in Section 5.

3. Conduct and Safety
3.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, fellow students, and all program materials. 3.2. Any disruptive or harmful behavior may result in suspension or dismissal from the program without a refund. 3.3. Parents/guardians must notify staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at the time of registration. 3.4. Some experiments may involve potentially hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, sharp tools, and heat sources. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and wear protective gear when required. The Lab for Curiosity is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to comply with safety protocols. 3.5. Certain activities may take place outdoors, exposing participants to weather conditions and natural elements. Participants should dress accordingly, and parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities.

4. Liability and Waiver
4.1. The Lab for Curiosity takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants but is not liable for any accidental injuries that may occur. 4.2. Parents/guardians agree to release The Lab for Curiosity, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the programs.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. 5.2. Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the start date may receive a 50% refund. 5.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date. 5.4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, exceptional cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 5.5 If a program is canceled by The Lab for Curiosity, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.

6. Media and Photography
6.1. By enrolling in the program, parents/guardians grant permission for The Lab for Curiosity to take photographs and videos of participants for promotional and educational purposes. 6.2. If you do not consent to media use, a written request must be submitted at the time of registration.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative and emergency purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Program Modifications
8.1. The Lab for Curiosity reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, and instructors as necessary. 8.2. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be communicated promptly.

9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1. By registering for any The Lab for Curiosity program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
